Maintenance Workshop Supervisor (Sms Mmd)

Education: Grade 12 Certificate plus Diploma or Craft Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Maintenance, or Welding & Fabrication.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in heavy industry (SMS/steel-making experience strongly preferred).
Supervisory Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory experience in a mechanical workshop environment.
Competencies: Strong competency in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drives, rigging, and engineering drawing interpretation.
